The Company management have executed an ambitious recruitment program over the last decade to ensure the hiring of the best possible personnel to cater for the fleet’s growing needs.

Seafarers

Diligent Holdings recognize seafarers as the backbone of their activities. They are not just vital to the business’ needs but also play a key part in the safety of the environment, the ships themselves, and the physical transportation of goods and efficient handling of the daily tasks which this entails. 

From Master and Officer to Able-bodied Seaman, from First Engineer to Fitter, the safety and interests of all employees are at the heart of the Company. They are especially valued for their high levels of expertise as well as the extensive experience they have gained from many years at sea. The strong sense of initiative and seamless collaboration between the crews and shore-based team are a huge accomplishment in this international machine.

Shore-based Personnel

Every member of the Diligent Holdings office staff has considerable experience in their chosen field whether onboard   or onshore.  The team facilitates smooth day-to-day operation and risk management and make frequent visits and surveys onboard to improve vessel performance and strengthen bonds with the Diligent Holdings crews.
